A 3-day restorative wellness retreat for mindful living, deep rest, and reconnection.

The Art of Slowing Down

In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, The Art of Slowing Down is an invitation to pause.

Join Ekaya for a restorative 3-day wellness retreat designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with what truly matters. Through mindful practices, gentle movement, quiet reflection, nourishing experiences, and time in nature, you'll have the space to breathe deeply, slow your pace, and simply be present.

This retreat is not about achieving more. It is about creating space for less — less noise, less pressure, and fewer distractions — so you can listen to yourself again.

What to expect

Over three immersive days, you'll be invited to explore practices that support a calmer mind, a more connected body, and a renewed sense of perspective.

  • Guided mindfulness and meditation sessions

  • Gentle movement and restorative wellness practices

  • Time for quiet reflection and personal journaling

  • Nourishing meals and mindful eating experiences

  • Nature walks and opportunities to reconnect with your surroundings

  • Meaningful conversations and shared moments

  • Dedicated time to rest, recharge, and simply be

Your time, your rhythm

There is no need to rush through the experience.

Some moments will be guided. Others will be intentionally left open — giving you the freedom to rest, explore, reflect, read, walk, or do absolutely nothing.

Because slowing down isn't about doing nothing.

It's about becoming present enough to notice what you've been missing.

Who is this retreat for?

This experience is for anyone who feels the need to step away from a busy routine and create some breathing room.

Whether you're looking for deeper rest, a mindful reset, personal reflection, meaningful connection, or simply a few days away from the everyday, The Art of Slowing Down offers a welcoming space to arrive exactly as you are.

No previous wellness or meditation experience is required.

Leave with more space

You may arrive carrying a full calendar, a busy mind, and a long list of things to do.

Give yourself three days to put that list down.

Breathe.

Move gently.

Be still.

Connect.

Reflect.

And return to your everyday life feeling a little lighter, clearer, and more present.

Your pause begins here.

Ekaya — Pause. Reconnect. Renew.
