Whether you are recovering from burnout or simply seeking stillness, the retreat's slow pace and mountain air are designed to restore balance to body and mind.

Please carry comfortable clothing, a light jacket for cool mountain evenings, and a valid photo ID. Certain areas of Sikkim require an Inner Line Permit — our team will help arrange this on arrival.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 15-29 days before the start date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable. If the organizer cancels the retreat, a full refund will be issued.
