A rejuvenating wellness escape in the Himalayan foothills of Sikkim.
Set against the backdrop of the Kanchenjunga range, this retreat combines traditional Ayurveda, guided meditation, and nourishing vegetarian meals to help you unwind and reset. Days begin with gentle stretching and pranayama, followed by workshops on mindful living, and end with candlelit sound-healing sessions. Whether you are recovering from burnout or simply seeking stillness, the retreat's slow pace and mountain air are designed to restore balance to body and mind.

Please carry comfortable clothing, a light jacket for cool mountain evenings, and a valid photo ID. Certain areas of Sikkim require an Inner Line Permit — our team will help arrange this on arrival.
Cancellation policy
Full refund up to 30 days before the event
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 15-29 days before the start date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable. If the organizer cancels the retreat, a full refund will be issued.
